Steamy Engagement Shoot at Urban Cowboy in Williamsburg | Zena + Cai

I love stories like this. I met Zena at Hannah + Alex’s wedding in CT, and three days later we were planning out this super moody couple shoot at the Urban Cowboy in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. These sweet beans met me at the raddest bnb in all off Brooklyn and we created some freaking magic as the rain softly poured outside the giant open garage door windows. I’m honored to know them and proud of the trust we built that day. Their love was overwhelming and the safe space we created, allowed us to up the steam and produce some seriously gorgeous images.

We met Paige & Corey at a friend’s wedding and were so impressed with their work, as well as how professional and fun they were to be around. So much so that we reached out and worked with Paige on a solo couple shoot. It’s a little awkward at first, but in no time we were feeling comfortable and relaxed in front of her camera. Paige is so warm and down to earth, she made it easy to be vulnerable. She gave us some guidance but really encouraged us to just be ourselves and be real. The experience was incredible, and so much fun.
