Greenhouse Wedding outside Nashville, TN | Lindsey + Dune

Lindsey + Dune forgot outdated traditions even exist and did things their own way. Accompanied by their family of amazing kids, they spent the day exchanging gifts, playing with their dog Milhouse and enjoying the incredible views of Long Hollow Gardens. Lindsey got ready, surrounded by her family and favorite people, and offered them each intimate and memorable gifts that represented individual stories and experiences she had shared with them each. Dune enjoyed a relaxing morning with Milhouse, watching the vendors setup, and getting ready in his custom velvet suit. Always recommend a custom velvet suit.

Lindsey was walked down the isle by her entire crew of kids! Dune was accompanied by Milhouse. Music drifted through the air as the sun began to set and gave way to an incredibly gorgeous ceremony. A parade of guests and party-goers marched towards the reception space and the nights activities were off to an epic start! The kids were already captivated by the balloon animal maker, the luxurious setup for their Photo Booth was being used and each person couldn’t help but stop to take in the beautiful scenery inside the greenhouse.

Multiple cakes adorned the sweets table, but how else do you celebrate your group of super cool kids? With custom cakes, of course! Dinner was served, cheers were made along with a toast in honor of Lindsey’s late father, who’s guitar sat center stage. Tears lead to laughter as the dance floor opened and the party began.

Who needs a DJ or live band when you have talented friends and good champagne? A star-studded talent show kept everyone entertained (and crying with laughter!) late into the evening. A special rendition of Rainbow Connection closed out the show, complete with custom puppets made to look like Lindsey, Dune, and their beautiful family. The kids were stunned, full of emotion and incredibly touched knowing something so special and important to them, was a main highlight of the evening.

Whatever you choose to do, new traditions or old, do it with love. You can never go wrong when you’re following you heart and I truly believe Lindsey and Dune are a prime example.
